With all of the winter weather northern Nevada has seen recently, the city of Elko has had some trouble in keeping its roads clear.
The Elko Daily Free Press reports Elko has spent more than half its budget for snow removal already.
City officials prioritize main roads before getting to residential areas, but with a fleet of only six trucks, they sometimes miss some areas or get to them more slowly.

Despite that, no changes in snow removal plans are in the works.
