The fight over Nevada's education savings account program continues on.
The Las Vegas Sun reports lawyers representing families that sought to stop the program from taking effect are threatening another lawsuit about education savings accounts.
They say the state is still accepting applications for the program, even though the Nevada Supreme Court blocked its implementation earlier this year.
Part of that injunction mandates the state to stop working on the program.
Lawyers are asking the state to stop taking applications for education savings accounts, or else they will file suit.
The Sun reports Attorney General Adam Laxalt's office had told the state treasurer's office, which was taking the applications, to continue to do so prior to the threat of this suit.
