Automotive News reports Faraday Future is behind on payments to construction firms contracted to build its facility at the Apex Industrial Park in North Las Vegas.
Contractor AECOM says it is owed roughly $37 million so far and threatened a work stoppage.
In a joint statement to Automotive News, both Faraday and AECOM said the factory will still be built as planned.
