Utah Selling Land Near Zion National Park

Utah's School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration is auctioning off property near Zion National Park next month.

The Spectrum reports that the 200-acre site is located in Washington County's Cave Valley area. It's part of more than 3,500 acres being sold during the administration's biannual public auction on Oct. 19 in Salt Lake City.

The Cave Valley property is advertised as an ideal spot for outdoor recreational activities, including hiking, sightseeing, camping and fishing. It's next to the popular Lambs Knoll hiking area.
