Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval's chief strategy officer Dale Erquiaga is leaving that role to head up an educational nonprofit group.
In a release today, the group Communities In Schools named Erquiaga its president and CEO.
Erquiaga formerly served as the state superintendent of education.
