Bundy Sons, Others Arraigned

Two sons of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and three other men are due for arraignment Friday before a federal magistrate judge in Las Vegas on charges in an armed confrontation with government agents two years ago.

Jail records and attorneys involved in the case say that Ammon Bundy and Ryan Bundy arrived Wednesday from Oregon, where they've been held since their arrests in an occupation of a U.S. wildlife refuge this year.

The Bundy brothers are due in U.S. District Court in Nevada with Brian Cavalier, Blaine Cooper and Ryan Payne.

They're among 19 people facing conspiracy, obstruction, weapon and assault charges in the April 2014 standoff with federal agents near Bunkerville.

Magistrate Judge George Foley Jr. denied Cooper's request to remain in Portland and appear by video link.
