Northeastern Nevada Regional Development Authority Executive Director Pam Borda says Elko has plenty of options for mid- to upper-income home buyers, but that there are fewer affordable housing options.
She said the authority will spend the next year working with stakeholders to add options in areas surrounding the city of Elko.
