Washoe County voters overwhelmed schools and community centers last night with higher than anticipated Republican caucus turnout.
The Reno Gazette-Journal reports most caucus locations still operated smoothly despite the large turnout.
Lines snaked around buildings at several of the busiest caucus sites in Washoe County. Volunteers ran out of official ballots and gave voters slips of pink paper by way of replacement ballots.
