A Las Vegas limousine company will pay almost $240 thousand in back wages in a minimum wage and overtime settlement.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports Vegas Limousine Service will pay out to 88 employees after an investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor in Las Vegas.
Investigators determined that driver pay was based solely on commission, which amounted to less than the federal minimum wage.
