Uber began service at McCarran International Airport Tuesday.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports cars have been allowed to pick up and drop off passengers legally since 6 a.m. Tuesday.
Service at McCarran had been delayed because the company did not want to disclose the identities of its drivers to airport officials.

Lyft, the other ride-hailing service allowed to operate in the state, began service at McCarran in late October.
