Las Vegas Home Prices Remain Flat

Home prices in Las Vegas remained flat through November, according to the latest figures from the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.

Data released today show the median price of an existing single family home in southern Nevada is $220,000.

This is the fourth month in a row prices have held at that figure.

Nonetheless, that represents an increase from this time last year, when the median single family home was listed for $202,000.

GLVAR also says that while home sales were down this November by 2.9 percent as compared to last year, the sale of condos and townhomes was up just over 11 percent.

However, for the year overall, home sales in 2015 are set to outpace those seen in 2014.
