Nevada Sen. Harry Reid is being investigated by a county prosecutor in Utah who has been granted permission to investigate statewide crimes in connection with two former Utah attorneys general who are accused of engaging in pay-to-play scheme where they traded favors with businessmen in trouble with regulators.
The prosecutor isn't saying what Reid allegedly did and has not charged Reid.
Since he was first linked to the case nearly three years ago, Reid has continually denied any wrongdoing.
