LAS VEGAS (AP) — A strip club in Las Vegas has agreed to pay a fine of $25,000 and give up its gaming licenses after complaints about disruptions at the club, including shootings and brawls.
The Las Vegas Sun reports that Foxy Girls owners John and Nicholas Herda agreed to a settlement with the state Gaming Control Board, saying they want to avoid prolonged legal action. The business has a restricted license for slot machines.
The Gaming Commission last Thursday accepted a stipulation in the case, which dates back to 2004. The board had withdrawn an earlier settlement when more incidents brought police to the club.
