Since the Springs Preserve turned 10 years old in 2016, participants in the photo contest focused their lenses on all things 10 -- seeing life through the eyes of a 10-year old and objects in groupings of 10, for example. The Mob Museum in downtown Las Vegas will host a program with Cathy Scott October 20, starting at 1 p.m. Author and journalist Cathy Scott has had a front-row seat at many of Las Vegas’ most notorious murders over the past 20 years.
