The Rape Crisis Center in Las Vegas uses male and female volunteers, ages 21 and over, to assist sexual assault victims. Volunteers assist the staff of the center by answering crisis calls around the clock, making referrals for victims and others who are seeking assistance.
There are about 50 hours of training, with training held a couple of times a year. Volunteers are also needed to represent RCC at community outreach and education events and help with planning and assisting with fundraising activities.
