The blood supply is low in Southern Nevada, and according to Vitalant , donations of blood drop this time of year. O blood types are in the shortest supply. To encourage folks to donate, those who do this weekend will receive a 50% off voucher to the Market Place Buffet at Rampart Casino for lunch, brunch or dinner.
