Retired Justice Sandra Day O'Connor Urges A Successor To Scalia Pronto

O'Connor told a reporter in Phoenix that Obama should choose the nominee to replace Antonin Scalia, saying the court needs a new justice. GOP leaders called for Obama to defer to the next president.
