A new book by Jeb Bush and Clint Bolick has stoked the debate on illegal immigration. In Immigration Wars, Bolick and Bush argue that immigration reform doesn't need to include a pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants. It's a position that puts them at odds with a growing number of Democrats and Republicans who are working together on a bipartisan immigration bill.
