The Culinary Union is resorting to an old tactic - picketing. The Cosmopolitan's workforce is one of a handful of major resorts that the union local has not organized. And now that the Cosmopolitan's owner, Deutsche Bank, may be planning to sell the hotel, the workers are nervous about what a potential owner could do.
