Lobbyists in Nevada had to sit through a course in ethics and lobbying before next month's legislature. Consider it a lobbying 101 so that there's no mistake about what's allowed and what is frowned upon when Nevada lawmakers are legislating. We'll find out what the new rules are and how lobbyists feel about it.
