Author and long time tech journalist Sarah Lacey has compared Zappos CEO, Tony Hsieh's vision for downtown to the early days of President Obama's first presidential campaign, a lot of big visions and promise. A couple of years into the effort by Hsieh and his Downtown Project, progress has been made but there are still frustrations at the pace of that progression.
