Secretary of State Ross Miller filed a lawsuit against Americans For Prosperity, a conservative political group founded by the Koch Brothers. The group exploited legal loopholes to keep its donors secret, but it may have violated the law in Nevada. What does this lawsuit mean for independent political groups in Nevada?
