Sen. Harry Reid wants to change filibuster rules when the Senate begins the new session in January. Specifically, Reid wants to eliminate filibusters on motions to proceed, changing that rule would mean it would only take a simple majority to move bills forward for debate. He also wants Senators who threaten to filibuster to have to actually filibuster. We'll talk with Las Vegas Sun political reporter, Karoun Demirjian about Reid's efforts.
