...Then, they argue that America's nuclear arsenal has become largely symbolic in an era when the United States has dominant military technology. We talk with Robert Litwak, director of International Security Studies at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington; and Stephen Younger, President of National Security Technologies, which manages and operates the Nevada Test Site.

The two are set to speak Tuesday at 7 p.m. at UNLV's Student Union Theatre as a part of the "Peace in the Desert Lecture" lecture series. Their topic: "Superpowers and Rogue States: Reducing the Nuclear Danger." The event is free to the public.
