Political experts say Nevada's first congressional district, which includes much of Las Vegas's population, is a pretty safe for Democrats. That is not deterring Republican Jose Padilla from running. He says it's not about the partisan divide but the need to restore the economy and put money in people's pockets. And he doesn't live in the district. So what are the big issues for his campaign? And what kind of impression can he make on voters who are used to returning a Democrat?
