Sheldon Adelson and the Las Vegas Sands Corporation is looking to Florida as the next frontier in gaming and convention business. It's going to take some finagling of politicians to open up the state to gaming beyond the current compact it has with the Seminole tribe, the only group allowed to own and operate casinos in the sunshine state. Many groups are already lobbying lawmakers to keep Adelson out. The biggest of them is Disney World
