Former U.S. Attorney Greg Brower voted for a law authorizing medical marijuana dispensaries when he served in the Nevada State Senate. But now he has concerns that the law may not work in Nevada. And he worries that it puts local authorities in the position of violating federal law. So can a medical marijuana dispensary system work in Nevada? Or will federal marijuana laws have to change first?
