A New Water Chief For Southern Nevada

The deputy general manager of the Southern Nevada Water Authority was named as general manager of the Las Vegas Valley Water District. So far, the only person to head both both agencies is departing chief Pat Mulroy. Tuesday's appointment makes John Entsminger the inevitable choice at to head the top water agency in Southern Nevada. We talk about the problems he faces and what he thinks he'll have to do over the next decade or so to solve those issues.
