The Harmon Hotel went from being the doorway to CityCenter to being the biggest billboard on the Strip. The hotel was built with sub-standard materials and judged to be an earthquake threat  -- it was designated for demolition. Tim O'Reiley tells us about the plans and the likely date given the titanic litigation struggle between MGM International and Tudor Perini construction company.
