State lawmakers have done as Gov. Brian Sandoval requested and fast-tracked the spending of $2.1 million to fix problems at the Rawson-Neal Psychiatric Hospital. But just as that seemed to set the troubled hospital on the right track, lawmakers discovered that there are problems at the main mental facility in Reno. So what will happen next? And what will happen at Rawson-Neal now that it has more funding?
