Nevada consistantly leads the nation in suicide. While it may be easy to point to the extreme lifestyle of Las Vegas, the underlying reasons for this run deep. We'll discuss the issue of suicide with leading experts and speak with suicide victims about healing after a loss.

A number of high-ranking emergency responders are on board to get their master's degrees in this new field of homeland security related issues. We'll find out what's entailed and how this emerging subject is being tackled.

Mental Health Crisis of '04
Advocates for mental health patients have long predicted the lack of adequate funding would lead to critical problems. In early July, this happened when WestCare Health Center's funding fell short and mental health patients flooded local hospital ER's. We'll look at what happened, and how mental health funding will be adjusted so this doesn't happen again.
