Senator Reid Has Surgery On Right Eye

Senator Harry Reid is back in his Washington DC home after undergoing more than three hours of surgery on and around his right eye today.

The surgery removed blood and blood clots and repaired facial bones, said a spokesman. Reid was injured in an exercise equipment accident several weeks ago. He will be at home recuperating this week.
