Amtrak Lawyers Blame Trucker For Accident

A trial continued in Reno Wednesday over the truck and train crash that killed six people in 2011. Lawyers for Amtrak and the Union Pacific Railroad say the truck driver was responsible for the collision at a rural crossing about 70 miles east of Reno. The trucking firm's lawyers argue Amtrak and Union Pacific failed to provide a proper signal warning. It's expected to be a six-week trial.
