Mt. Charleston Residents Endure More Flooding

Flooding on Mt. Charleston has washed out at least one road and sent debris into homes and neighborhoods.

Residents are angry that the county has not accepted a $1 million project from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to build a structure that could protect homes in the Rainbow Subdivision. But county officials have said they do not want to assume liability for the structure.
