Former Strip Club Owner Indicted

A former strip club owner who has already served prison time for evading taxes could end up there again.

Yesterday, federal agents arrested Rick Rizzolo after a grand jury indicted him on two counts of attempt to evade paying taxes and hiding funds and property. Rizzolo is scheduled to make his initial court appearance in Las Vegas today (Thursday). If convicted he faces up to 10 years and a half-million dollar fine.

Rizzolo was convicted seven years ago for federal tax evasion. Rizzolo was one of the owners of the Crazy Horse Too.
