Organizers for the Life is Beautiful festival announced some of the acts set for October. The Foo Fighters, OutKast and Kanye West are scheduled to anchor the festival, which is now three days instead of two.
Other performers also include Brit-Rock group Arctic Monkeys and Lionel Richie. This will be the second year for the festival that last year covered a 15-city block area downtown averaging 24,000 visitors a day.
