Five years ago the state of the Las Vegas housing market was chaotic and in a very bad way. Foreclosures dominated and the market became so bad that people began to walk away. But where are we now? Prices have been climbing for a couple of years but might be plateauing now. What does that mean if you're planning on selling? Or buying a house? And there are plenty of people still under water but it's more shallow than it used to be. What should they do? A panel of experts will give us their thinking on the housing market in Las Vegas.
