Las Vegas City Council Limits Liquor Sales On Fremont Street

The Las Vegas City Council has been trying to crack down on public drunkenness in the downtown area. Now, they've banned aluminum and glass liquor containers on the Fremont Street Experience.

The ordinance requires liquor stores to put package liquor in closed paper bags. But other efforts to limit package liquor sales on Fremont Street have faced legal challenges.

So will this one fare any better?
