UNR President Seeks To Restore Funding

Marc Johnson has ambitious goals for University of Nevada, Reno. As president, Johnson is lobbying to restore millions of dollars cut from his budget during the recession. He also expects the university's enrollment to top 22,000 in the next decade.

Johnson says the increased enrollment will translate to $145 million annually to Northern Nevada and make the Reno-Sparks area into a vibrant college town.
