Lucy Flores Runs For Lieutenant Governor

If you pay attention to Nevada politics, then you know that the race to watch this year is the campaign for lieutenant governor. Democrat Lucy Flores officially jumped into the race on March 1. So far, she faces little Democratic opposition in the primary. Flores, a young Latina, has a compelling personal story. She grew up poor, in a large family, and dropped out of high school before turning her life around and attending law school. What are her prospects? And will her story resonate with voters across the state?
