North Las Vegas Democrat Steven Horsford currently represents Nevada's 4th congressional district and he's filed to run again. He says that he wants to fight for Nevadans and that's why he wants to be re-elected. He also says that the Affordable Care Act needs some major fixes so that union health plans like the Culinary Health Trust are not threatened by changes in health insurance.
