Nevada Struggles With A Nursing Shortage

During the boom and after the crash, Nevada has struggled to recruit and retain trained nurses. St. Rose Dominican hospitals are letting go of more than 20 nursing positions to save costs. But other hospitals can't seem to keep qualified nurses on staff. How does that affect patient care? And is safety affected?
