The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association is still trying to figure out who's offering it the best deal for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. The event was set to move to Osceola County, Fla., but then the PRCA seemed to want more negotiation. They have proceeded spasmodically but the issue is far from decided. So what does the PRCA want? And can Las Vegas give it to them?
