Macau: Still Booming

The Chinese gambling enclave of Macau has experienced another boom year far beyond its boosters' wildest dreams. Gaming regulators announced that the resorts had taken in more than $45 billion in 2013 - a nearly 20 percent jump over the previous year. So what is driving the boom in Macau and can it last?
