Breakdown: Mental Health Services in Nevada

Nevada's mental health system has suffered years of budget cuts and neglect. And in the last year, there's been a lot of bad press about a widespread practice of discharging patients with one-way bus tickets to other cities out of state. A series of stories in the Sacramento Beehas led to lawsuits and the revocation of accreditation by the Joint Commission. So how can the state repair a broken system?
