Another Delay For Medical Marijuana

Last week a state official in charge of licensing medical marijuana dispensaries said it could be nine months before the dispensaries are operating in Nevada. Still, she insists that the program is not behind schedule and that the various elements of licensing and supervising medical marijuana are being done simultaneously. We look at what has to take place and why it will take nearly 18 months after the law leaves the governor's desk before dispensaries will be operating.
