In early December, the Clark County School Board picked Stavan Corbettto replace outgoing trustee Lorraine Alderman. He is the only Hispanic member of the seven-person board. And he represents a district with many English Language Learners. In fact, his district includes all 14 of the Zoom Schools. How will his background and experience in education inform his decisions on the school board?
