Hourly workers in Nevada are supposed to be paid overtime if they work more than eight hours a day. Some Boyd GamingCorporation workers have launched a class action lawsuit alleging that the company forces workers to round down small fractions over an eight-hour shift. Others allege that the company forces them to work "off-the-clock." So how will its lawsuit work? Will it require big money? We try to explain the lawsuit.
