Nevada Supreme Court Upholds Tip Sharing

Should a casino company be allowed to take tips given to dealers and give some to supervisors? The Nevada Supreme Court says it's perfectly legal. Nevada courts have been grappling with the Wynn Resorts tip sharing policy for years. Representatives of dealers say the policy is unfair.
