Who Gains, Loses During Federal Shutdown

We’re in to week two of the federal government shutdown, with no resolution in sight. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has so far kept a tight rein on the Democrats, who all say they do not want to negotiate about anything until the government is funded and the debt ceiling is raised so the government can borrow money.

Republicans insist the Affordable Care Act has to be changed before they will agree to re-open the government.

So when it’s all over, who will be the winners in Nevada? And who are the losers?
